The hotel has exceptionally friendly staff in a great manner. the double room is wonderful with a TV, balcony, and good view. - the location is stunning and awesome, only 2 miles from the Tibetan Monastery. - It is near to the mall road, bus stand, and the mountains.

Wonderful and fairly clean place to stay in, it has very courteous staff in great manner. The room is perfectly clean and luxury and there are perfect views of the mountains.

Great rooms that are both impressive and luxurious. the beds are super comfy 😊. You can also do an early check-in and they have parking available on site.

The location here is great, as it's nestled in a lovely garden area and made it easy for us to get around, and our room was really nice with balconies.

Spent my xmas holiday here and it was amazing! the staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. the view from the balcony was stunning, even saw some snow on the mountains. the hotel had a really nice restaurant and bar, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and food.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, found some dirt and hair in the bathroom. the location was a bit out of the way, had to take a taxi to get to the attractions in the area.

The location is beautiful and lovely, just next door to apple trees and local restaurants. the double room was spotless. - the bed was comfy. - Really enjoyed the walk-in shower in my private bathroom.

The garden area was amazing with a perfect blend of serenity and beauty. the sound of flowing water and chirping birds was soothing. the cozy room with its modern amenities was a treat, and the sumptuous breakfast was a great start to the day. the breathtaking view of the majestic peaks was simply unforgettable. We enjoyed the indoor games and outdoor activities like trekking the most.
